Dino enjoys creating programs that guide clients toward their desired goals at speeds and styles appropriate for each individual's needs. After completing your healthy objective he then helps to generate new challenges to continue the lifelong fitness journey. With his experience in achieving his own fitness goals, Dino is able to understand his clients' triumphs and struggles alone their journey. Dino thrives on facilitating his clients' success.

Dino trains with clients of all ages and fitness levels. His training includes improving muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility for range of motion, and balance. He completes a full evaluation to discover areas needing the most attention and combines these with the clients' goals to create individualized programs.

Siriji Lamenzo
Siriji's training style is movement based strength training. She focuses her clients' workouts on functional movement combined with resistance to build strength, stability, mobility and flexibility. The workouts are varied to challenge the body's control, reactivity and stamina.

Siriji's clients come from all walks of life and vary in ages. Whether you're 15 or 75, learning to use your body and move more effectively is a key to longevity and health.

It is her intention to guide and support her clients through every aspect of their exercise and nutrition programs. She will be right there to ensure the greatest success possible, with individualized workouts set to each individuals specific goals and needs, including diet and nutrition tips to help you feel your best from the inside out, with support and respect throughout.

Magen Petit
Magen's passion for fitness led her to make the move from the east coast to the west coast, and change careers completely. Having her own personal trainer opened her eyes to how much there is to learn when it comes to fitness, and it inspired and motivated her to spread that awareness and education to others looking to lose body fat, get in shape, and transform their bodies and lives!

With Magen's guidance of fitness and nutrition, she loves to see her clients conquer new goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. No workout is ever the same with Magen. Because she shows you proper form, Magen makes you feel confident and comfortable the moment you step onto the gym floor.
