Siriji enjoys most of all to help her clients gain strength from within. Whether you're 15 or 75, you can learn to use your body in new and different ways. She focuses on functional movement and stability along with strength training using your own body as the resistance. She will also use traditional resistance training, endurance and flexibility training methods to help you reach your goals.
